Bi-lingual, or even multi-lingual, upbringing is becoming more and more common. Children at a young age find learning a new language very easy, in fact, the younger the better. An important condition for a successful multi-lingual upbringing is that the child receives adequate support and stimulation, and is taught by someone who has an excellent command of the language.
